Quality Control in Apparel Manufacturing

द्वारा HK TEXFAB Team10 दिसंबर 20252 मिनट पढ़ें

Quality control in apparel manufacturing is a systematic process that spans from incoming raw material inspection to final outgoing quality checks. At HK TEXFAB, we've built a rigorous QC framework that our international B2B buyers can rely on.

Our Quality Control Framework

Stage 1: Incoming Material Inspection

Every fabric lot entering our Phase-IV facility undergoes testing for GSM (grams per square meter) consistency, color fastness, shrinkage potential, and tensile strength. We reject any materials that fall outside specified tolerances.

Stage 2: In-Process Quality Checks

During production, our QC team performs random inline inspections. Key checkpoints include cutting accuracy, stitch density (stitches per inch), seam strength, and dimensional accuracy against the tech pack specifications.

Stage 3: Pre-Final Inspection

Before finishing, garments undergo comprehensive measurement audits against graded size specifications. We use AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 as our standard, which means statistically rigorous sampling that catches defects before they reach the finishing line.

Stage 4: Final Outgoing Inspection

The final stage includes visual inspection, measurement verification, packaging quality, and labeling accuracy. Garments that don't meet standards are segregated and either reworked or rejected.

Testing Capabilities

Our in-house testing lab can perform basic fabric tests. For comprehensive third-party testing, we work with internationally accredited labs to provide buyers with certified test reports covering colorfastness, pilling resistance, dimensional stability, and chemical safety.

Documentation and Traceability

Every production lot is traceable through our documentation system. Buyers receive inspection reports, test certificates, and defect analysis summaries with each shipment.
